It is a time of great change for the Cosentino Group, which is advancing towards the international markets with an array of awards and initiatives: from the Best Supplier of the year award to the opening of a new “City” in London and the presentation of the eleventh edition of the international Cosentino Design Challenge

The Cosentino Group, a Spanish multinational leader in the production and distribution of innovative surfaces for the architecture and design world, is experiencing a magical period of development and is focusing on a plan for distribution and international expansion. It has also made significant strides in all aspects regarding the life of a product, so much so that The Home Depot, one of the most important global retail companies for design and interior decorating, awarded the Group in Atlanta as Best Supplier 2016.
An important achievement following twenty years of collaboration: the award is presented to companies that have distinguished themselves for their long-lasting and successful partnership with The Home Depot and acknowledges the Group, a manufacturer and supplier of surfaces that range from natural stone to Silestone® and Eco quartz by Cosentino to the ultra-compact Dekton® surfaces, for its constant commitment in terms of R&D, the efficiency of its sales network and its outstanding collaboration with the business model of The Home Depot in North America.

The company is also very active when it comes to distribution. It recently opened a new “Cosentino City” in London’s stylish Clerkenwell area, another addition to its model of showrooms located in major global cities, marking a new milestone for the company, which made its entry into the UK in 2002.
A space that has been designed as an integrated sales and design centre and a source of inspiration for industry professionals, who can meet their customers here, organize meetings and explore the endless possibilities offered by the range of products.

There is also no shortage of training initiatives. The Spanish multinational promoted the 11th edition of the international Cosentino Design Challenge, devoted to students of architecture and design from around the world. It is a large competition, based on research and innovation, which involves the participation of 22 institutions including schools and universities from four different continents.
