Franke lands in Brera with its first flagship store in Milan - designed by Carlo Colombo - cohosting a Farber space. The exclusive inauguration took place on Wednesday evening, at the presence of the brand ambassador, the Chef Bruno Barbieri

A starred chef of the likes of Bruno Barbieri, a refined and welcoming space by one of the most renowned names of contemporary architecture and design such as Carlo Colombo, and finally a company, Franke that has writen a fundamental chapter in the history of the industry with its products, a selection of pieces employing the most advanced technology and formal accuracy.
The result is an enjoyable evening, cheerful, tasty as the delicacies prepared by chef Barbieri; an evening that celebrates the opening of the first Franke flagship store in Milan, in the famous background of the Brera Design District.

Facing Pontaccio Street with its six windows, the store tells the universe of Franke's proposals in a bright atmosphere dominated by neutral hues: basins and mixers, appliances, countertops and professional coffee machines from the Coffee Systems division; and once again, the five Frames by Franke collections, next to the KWC and Mamoli mixers (all pieces belonging to the Franke Group).

A corner is also dedicated to Faber proposals, collections that feature industry innovation by combining design and technology. The brand invented the hood in 1955. From the new generation of Chloé chimney hood to the ultra slim beauty of Talìka with Nautilus technology (winner of the Red Dot Design Award 2017), the gallery embraces the latest products of the brand, including Fabula Plus that, positioned behind the countertop, appears and disappears with absolute discretion, HOO-B with special aluminum finishing, and Corinthia, revisiting the cylindrical hood.

The space project - designed by architect Carlo Colombo, which has been working with the company since 2008 designing various collections, settings at international showcases and its most recent flagship stores in the world - also includes a relax area and a kitchen with free-standing island, intended for events and showcooking.

To inaugurate it, on Wednesday evening, Bruno Barbieri, the face of the company in communication campaigns, since 2014: "Every chef has a secret ingredient that makes his or her creations unique: mine is a Franke kitchen. "
